Observe one small daily decision, recording context, feelings, action and later experience. Use strategy as a question and retain mismatches rather than suppressing needs to fit a label.
Worked example
One activated end of a channel does not establish that both centres are connected by it. Check the other end and other complete channels before reading definition.
Reading and judgment
Verify data and activations before definition, type, strategy and authority. Authority is a system concept, not a measured biological decision capacity.
Common mistakes
An undefined centre is not a defect and a type is not a career licence. The framework cannot replace psychological assessment or practical judgment.
