List attendance, documents, operating hours and timezones first. For each feasible candidate record one practical advantage and cost. If none is workable, change the arrangement rather than stretching an interpretation to manufacture a lucky time.
Worked example
If release is possible only Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, enter those constraints first. Compare the ascendant ruler, matter ruler and Moon. A higher-ranked Thursday option is unusable if the team cannot support the release then. Preparation remains part of the decision.
Reading and judgment
Read search boundaries, selection reasons and tradeoffs before the ranking. Identify whether differences arise from motion, contacts, dignity or placement. Ranking belongs to this rule version and is not an objective probability of success.
Common mistakes
The first candidate is preferred within sampled options, not the best moment of the year. Full traditional rules, natal matching, planetary hours and all blocking conditions are not covered. Horary roles should not be copied into an election.
