How the Monthly Reading Works: Three Charts, Adjacent Months, and Limits

Three distinct monthly evidence tracks for Bazi, Ziwei, and Western astrology

Core Answer

AstralNex’s monthly reading focuses on one selected month, from this month through the next four months. It calculates Bazi, Ziwei Dou Shu, and Western astrology timing separately, then writes one reading around your chosen topic or question and compares adjacent months. Similar signals across three traditions are not votes for predictive accuracy, and no event is guaranteed.

Not daily fortunes or three reports pasted together

The useful question is what changes this month, and how that might relate to your concern. Your birth chart is the baseline. Monthly evidence is a temporary layer with start and end times; it does not rewrite the natal chart.

This product-method guide is not a customer report. A complete synthetic example is presented separately on the product page; the method description itself is not a finished reading.

Know the offer before subscribing

A free chart and a member monthly reading are different services. Creating a report requires sign-in, active membership, and a saved person with confirmed birth date, time, and place. Choose from five months starting this month. Each new generation saves a separate report; retrying the same request reuses its result.

Choose an overview, a life topic, or your own question. You may optionally describe your present situation and decision.
Saved reports remain readable after membership expires, with their original text and chart evidence. Past saved reports can be reopened, but past months cannot be newly generated.
Check the current pricing and terms for payment, renewal, and refunds. Payment buys a deeper integrated explanation, not more accurate astronomical positions.

How three timing systems enter one reading

Each chart retains its own calculation method. The writing step then selects evidence relevant to the chosen month and question. Three symbolic systems cannot be added as independent votes for a future outcome.

Bazi monthly pillars follow solar-term boundaries, not simply the first day of a civil month.
Ziwei maps the selected civil month to lunar-calendar dates and its own monthly rules. A lunar-month change need not coincide with a Bazi solar-term boundary.
Western astrology checks planetary contacts with bounded intervals. A contact active for part of a month does not describe the whole month.

The previous, current, and next months are calculated separately. A comparison should say whether a relevant theme appears, persists, or recedes. If the evidence does not support a contrast, the report should preserve uncertainty rather than pick a “best month” by counting source records.

A single civil month can overlap two Bazi solar months and two Ziwei lunar months. Read the start and end of each signal before comparing them; a Western transit active only near month-end is not evidence for the beginning of that month.

What the complete reading aims to cover

The report is a natural-language reading organized around the question, not a fixed number of chapters or a day-by-day forecast. Its details vary with the chart, month, and reader choice.

Answer the selected overview, topic, or question first, then explain the month’s central change, constructive possibility, and real-world tradeoff.
Make adjacent-month differences conditional and concrete. Chart-derived claims should carry source references and valid time intervals.
Offer observable choices or next steps without deciding for you or inventing a job, partner, income, or another person’s intentions.

Complete synthetic example

The linked product page presents a complete archived October 2026 report created with a fictional Taipei birth record. Its Traditional Chinese original includes the chart-source notes cited in the reading. Check the linked report itself before treating this guide as evidence of a publicly inspectable sample.

What to check, and what this cannot prove

First confirm the saved birth record, time zone, and target month. Then separate natal facts, the valid interval of a monthly signal, and the interpretive claim. Our method page explains the calculation-before-interpretation process; this guide does not claim independent third-party certification.

Check that each named chart fact has a matching source, and that a month comparison actually uses evidence from both months.
Do not guess an unknown birth time to fill three charts. The current monthly flow requires a verified birth time.
Traditional symbols may support reflection, not scientific prediction. Use real-world evidence for medical, legal, investment, and safety decisions.

Reproducing a calculation shows consistency for the same inputs and settings. It does not establish whether the interpretation fits a reader or predicts an event. This guide does not present an independent full-report benchmark or a reader blind review.

FAQ

Can it predict what will happen on a particular day?

No. The reading explains bounded monthly signals, not guaranteed events, exact dates, or the result of a real-world decision.

Can I subscribe and create one without a birth time?

The current flow needs a saved person whose time and place are verified. Do not enter a guessed time to bypass this requirement.

If all three systems agree, is accuracy validated?

No. Overlap can inform a discussion, but it is not an independent predictive-accuracy experiment.

Monthly reading

Read the main question and monthly date range first. Bazi solar-term months, Ziwei lunar months and Western transit windows need not begin together. The linked archived report and calculation replay can use different inputs; compare their settings before combining their claims.

Check the date range, timezone and calendar boundary attached to each signal. A day, month or year theme is not an appointment for an event. Record what actually happens and keep conflicting or absent signals visible.

A traditional source explains where a rule comes from. A calculation check tests the stated case. A generated report shows the writing for its recorded input, language and date. None of these alone proves future outcomes, independent expert endorsement or reader satisfaction. Check the sample page for its origin, completeness and any unavailable parts.
